One pack includes: 1 x 5cl Smirnoff, 1 x 5cl Crème de Cassis, 1 x lime, 1 x 250ml Elderflower Soda, 2 x slices of dehydrated Lime, 1 x measuring cup

Recommended Equipment: shaker (or anything with a lid you can shake your drink in), measure and wine glass Ingredients (makes 1)

• 25ml Smirnoff Vodka
• 25ml Crème de Cassis
• 10ml lime juice
• 60ml Fentiman’s elderflower soda
• Garnished with slice of dehydrated lime

Method

• Put your glass and elderflower soda in the fridge an hour before making or fill with your glass with ice
• whilst preparing the drink. Roll your lime on a hard surface to break the cells inside and extract as much juice as possible.
• Cut and juice your lime and put the juice to the side Measure all your ingredients other than the Elderflower Soda into your shaker Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain your cocktail into an ice filled wine glass
• Top with 60ml of Elderflower Soda
• Garnish with dehydrated lime
